Federal Reinvestment money is taking form in Arthur in improvements to Rt 133 across the southern edge of Arthur. Resurfacing of both the buggy and the traffic lanes is in progress and some form of lane additions are being put in place at the Vine St intersection. Construction is expected to be completed in time for the influx of visitors for Arthur's large Freedom Celebration on July 3rd. Strangely, no one seems to know exactly what form the new turn lanes will take but talk is that there will be new lanes westbound at Illinois and Vine.
