Arthur Joins High School Co-op Study

Arthur school district has agreed to join in a feasibility study on the subject of forming a co-operative high school. Other districts in this group include Atwood-Hammond, Bement, and Lovington.

Superintendent Travis Wilson recommended joining the study even though AHS is in good financial shape at this time. Wilson assured the board that joining the study would not obligate the district to any future position on the subject.

With a co-operative high school, each community would retain a grade and middle school in each town.
