REPORT OF MEETIN€ OF THE ARTHUR BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
VILLAGE OF ARTHUR, ILLINOIS

TO: PRESIDENT AND BOARD oF TRUSTEES oF
THE VILLAGE OF ARTHUR, ILLINOIS
A meeting of the Arthur Board of zoning Appeals was held ar
the village council Building at 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, zoog
and continued to June 11,2009 due to rack of quorum, with the
following members present Kerry pate, Royal Beals, Duane Hopkins
and James Yoder. Also present were village Attorney Bob Crossman
and Petitioner community Retirement, Inc., by David Eversole.

The variance reguests that a lighted information sign be
allowedl 69' East of the west edge of west palmer street roadbed and 72'North of the North edge of the Route 133 buggy lane, over an existing sanitary sewer easement, in the village of Arthur, Illinois corporate limits.

After presentation of information and discussion and questions
from Board members, no objections on file and none made at the open hearing, it was moved and seconded to recommend approval of the variance request subject to the existing village Easement Motion carried by a vote of 4 aye,0 opposed and 3 absent.
