A Police committee meeting of the village of Arthur, IL, was held on Thursday, December 10, 2009. chairman Ron Kingery called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm.

Roll call was answered by committee Members Ron Kingery, Darrell Duzan, and Iris Dicks. Chief of Police Michael Goodman, village Board Trustees Terry Clark, Karen Good and Matt Bernius, village Attorney Bob Crossman, and police officers, Sgt Roger Hansen, Kevin Mante and Tyrel Ledbetter were also present.

Committee Member, Darrell Duzan, made a motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss police officer positions. (5LCS 120/2 (c)(1).) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body. Iris Dicks seconded. AII Committee members voted YEA.

The regular session resumed. All Committee members were present.

Darrell Duzan made a motion to adjourn; Iris Dicks seconded. President Kingery adjourned the meeting at 3:20 pm.
