A Subdivision Committee meeting of the Village of Arthur, IL, was held on Friday, January 8, 2010. Village President Ron Kingery called the meeting to order at7:40 am. Roll call was answered by Committee Members Matt Bernius and Terry Clark. Trustee Karen Good was also present.

President Ron Kingery stated Kaye Dick has reported some interest in the Meadowview Subdivision lots. He reviewed previous promotions to sell lots. M. Bernius distributed a sheet with proposed discounts. The size of the lots and pricing the lots so that people might be interested in purchasing multiple lots were discussed.

It was suggested to discount the lots 30% off of one lot and 45% off if multiple lots are purchased with construction to begin in 18 months. President Kingery will talk with Kaye Dick about marketing this promotion.

Village President Ron Kingery adjourned the meeting at 8:16am.
