A Water & Sewer Committee meeting of the Village of Arthur, Illinois was held on Thursday, March 18, 2010. Chairman Matt Bernius called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roll call was answered by Committee Members Matt Bernius and Mike
McWilliams: Village President Ron Kingery, Trustees Terry Clark and Iris Dicks, and village employees Jeff Mercer and Gary Jent were also present.

Matt Bernius made the motion to enter into an Executive Session. Seconded by Mike McWilliams. The reason for the Executive Session was to interview applicants for the position of waste water plant operator. (Illinois Statutes, 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)) The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body. All present voted YEA.

The regular session resumed. All committee members were present as well as President Kingery, Trustees Clark and Dicks, and village employees Jeff Mercer and Gary Jent. Chairman Matt Bernius reopened the meeting.

Chairman Matt Bernius adjoumed the meeting at 8:40 p.m.
