A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the village of Arthur, IL, was held on Monday, April 26, 2010. Village President Ron Kingery called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. Roll call was answered by Trustees Terry Clark, Larry Miller, Matt Bernius, and Mike McWilliams. Trustees Karen Good and Iris Dicks were absent.

President Kingery reviewed the state bid for health insurance and an option from PersonalCare. The PersonalCare plan will save the Village at least $14,595, potentially $20,895. The employee and Village will share the cost of the deductible. He reviewed the costs and co-pays for some services.

M. Bernius made a motion to accept the policy as presented. T. Clark seconded. All Trustees voted YEA.
