New in 2009, Eberhardt Village Assisted Living facility is
accepting
residents.
Closely associated with the Arthur Home Skilled Nursing Care facility next door,
Eberhardt Village is designed for seniors with some desire or need to live with
access to health care, along with maximum individualization and an independent
lifestyle.
Eberhardt Village includes 36 suites for individuals
or couples.
The units are available in three different sizes or
configurations. The center also includes a common dining room, several
lounges, a large activity or commons room, offices, beauty shop, whirlpool,
and a hospitality suite for guests of residents.
Residential units will come in three sizes, 300 to 370sf, 450sf, and 720sf. The suites will cost $2400 for the smallest, $2900 for the middles size and $3600 for the large suite. These prices seem to be in line with neighboring communities.
Each suite has a kitchen with cabinets, sink,
refrigerator, and microwave, a fully handicapped accessible bathroom with a walkin shower, living room and a bedroom. Emergency call systems are in
place in every suite. In addition residents will be provided with a bracelet
or necklace call button in case of falls.
The prices include 24 hour staff, 16 hours nursing care, and 24 hour CNA's.
Meals are served in the main dining room with a choice of menu items or a well stocked buffet at every meal.
